Grape Up is an IT company that employs engineers specializing in creating software based on cloud technologies and AI. The project was aimed at creating a careers website that would meet the company's needs in terms of reaching new employees. It would show the workplace atmosphere, company values, and development opportunities and ensure a clear application process for job offers.
The scope of work included a research process and a UX workshop, defining personas and user journeys. During the design stage, I created wireframes, website designs, and prototypes with interactions.
The biggest challenge in designing the website was creating a design system with reusable section templates that would allow the HR team to create responsive pages for various recruiting initiatives.
This was connected to the rebranding process that revisited the brand's DNA, proposing a strong, fresh image addressed to the IT industry and reflecting the workplace atmosphere and employer values.
The design system includes a library of modular components and guidelines that enable the People Operations team to create responsive pages independently, even without extensive design knowledge. I collaborated with recruiters and front-end developers to identify frequently used design elements across the website.
The website consists of several pages:
I designed subtle micro-interactions that fit into minimalist branding, including smooth hover states on navigation elements, elegant form field animations, and button transitions that provided clear user feedback while maintaining visual simplicity.
I designed Grape Up's careers website with a flexible design system that allows HR teams to easily create and update recruitment pages. The project focused on showing the company's culture through employee stories and simplifying the job application process while giving the brand a fresh look that speaks to tech professionals.
